Actress Kim Se-jeong is scheduled to return with “The Uncanny Counter 2”.
According to Sports Today on Sep 22nd, Kim Se-jeong received an offer to appear in “The Uncanny Counter 2” as her next project and is under positive review.
“The Uncanny Counter” centers on the titular character So Mun, a high school student with disability who is enlisted to be part of the Counters, a group of paranormal-hunters who search for and fight against evil spirits that escape from the afterlife to prey on humans. When it aired in 2020, it achieved the highest viewership rating of 11.0% (Nielsen Korea, paid households) and was greatly loved. Kim Se-jeong worked together with actors Jo Byung-gyu, Yoo Jun-sang and Yeom Hye-ran.
In “The Uncanny Counter”, Kim Se-jeong played Do Ha-na, a human radar of the Counters.
Kim Se-jeong debuted with group I.O.I through Mnet’s “Produce 101” and is currently active as a singer-actress. She recently appeared in SBS’ “Business Proposal” and “Today’s Webtoon”.
