BoA, who suffered from malicious comments over “Street Man Fighter”, “Where am I and who am I?”

Famous singer BoA informed fans of her recent situation with a selfie and expressed her feelings about the harsh criticisms she received over “Street Man Fighter”

On September 22nd, BoA posted a photo on her SNS along with the caption, “Now I’ll go back to Korea. Where am I and who am I?”

The published photo was a selfie of BoA herself, where she made a peace sign and wore a Supreme cap, while boasting her glowing and youthful appearance. It seems that BoA, who previously went to New York, wanted to reassure fans by leaving a cute selfie before boarding a flight back to Korea.

Recently, BoA was buried in criticisms after the September 20th broadcast of the Mnet dance show “Street Man Fighter”. In this episode, the dance crew Prime Kingz, who was a strong candidate for championship, was eliminated, making many viewers sad. As a result, some fans attacked BoA with malicious comments, who was a judge on the show and made a decision that led to Prime Kingz’s elimination.

Following this event, BoA’s agency SM Entertainment issued a statement against the hatred directed towards BoA, saying, “Malicious postings, comments, defamation, and personality insults are being indiscriminately posted on BoA’s personal SNS account and distributed in various online communities, SNS, and portal sites”, adding “They are clearly illegal and can be subject to strong legal action. In order to protect the artist’s personality and honor, we are already collecting data and preparing to file a lawsuit against illegal activities that are taking place online. We will also take strict civil and criminal legal measures with no mercy.”
